2. You will be eligible for this discount only if you pay through the aggregator platform using the SSL COMMERZ payment gateway by your Nagad Account.

3. You will not be eligible for this discount if you pay through Nagad App or *167# (USSD) directly.

4. You will get the discount multiple times as per selected individual merchant’s policy during the campaign period.

5. This campaign will remain valid from 11th June 2026 to 19th July 2026.

6. Mentioned Merchants are solely liable for the discounts and products or services given under the Campaign. Nagad shall only take responsibility as a payment service provider under this campaign.

7. To be eligible for this discount, you must have an active and full profile Nagad account.

8. If any participants are found to manipulate or conduct any suspicious transactions or activity to avail the offer under the campaign will be considered disqualified from this campaign.

9. Nagad reserves the right to change/modify/extend these terms & conditions or cancel this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.

10. Any decision taken by Nagad concerning this campaign for the payment through Nagad account, shall be at the sole discretion of Nagad and deemed final.

v. Nagad shall not compel or persuade any person to participate in this campaign. Therefore, the person participating in this campaign with his/her full consent at their sole discretion.

vi. Nagad shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party.
