In the case of making payment through bKash app if any client faces any kind of issue due to unknown/unforeseen reasons or technical glitches, ShareTrip will not take any liability.If a customer requests a refund for a ticket/hotel booked through ShareTrip, the cashback amount will be removed from the total amount paid through the bKash app, and the remaining amount will be returned according to ShareTrip and airline/hotel refund policies.The cancellation policy of air tickets/hotels will be followed as per the policy of ShareTrip and airlines.ShareTrip reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
